Why DWS capital buildings?
The double steel wall technology is our patent and a conscious choice. The idea was born at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Our entire team is volunteering, some of us have been or are at war. We see all this destruction and realize the importance of conscious construction.
Our large-scale goal was and still is to get involved in the rebuilding of Ukraine and avoid the mistakes of the last century. Khrushchev is an example of how temporary solutions can lead to unpleasant consequences for future generations.
These terrible boxes, which look like an outrage on architecture, aesthetics and human existence in general, remind us of the importance of a responsible approach to construction. The idea to create modules, cottages and entire complexes of houses anywhere in Ukraine and Europe was added to this goal.
Our goal is quality, comfort, durability and speed. It is important for us that the house is not just a place of residence, but also a place where you are happy to return every day. And this technology perfectly realizes our goal.

Shortly about the project
The house is completely autonomous and does not depend on any communications.
The interior and exterior design was created at the individual request of the customer – she thought out every detail herself.
The main request was to wake up in a magical atmosphere, so we chose this location in Yablunytsia. The house is surrounded by forest and at the same time close to infrastructure.
House area 130 sq.m. + terrace 35 sq.m.
Layout: 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms, terrace, porch, technical room.
Additional improvements: solar panels for self-sufficiency in energy, 2 water wells, septic tank.

The house was completely customized. Initially, it was planned as a guest house for children, but then it was transformed for rent. The facility is completely autonomous: it has a solar panel that fully provides its electricity; a septic tank and a well. The foundation is made of piles.
The house is a modular type, so it was fully assembled at our production facility and delivered to the site only for the installation of the foundation.
