Advantages of Nichiha panels:

1. Frost and moisture resistance:

Thanks to dry molding with wood fiber, Nichiha panels absorb a minimum amount of moisture (1.9%), which is significantly lower than that of bricks (9-12%). This prevents cracks and freezing damage.

Nichiha’s platinum coating has passed 18,000 hours of weather testing, which is equivalent to 30 years of service. This ensures color stability and minimal discoloration over a long period of time.

6. Durability:

Thanks to the wood reinforcing fibers, fiber cement panels have high bending strength, which makes them resistant to deformation and fracture.

7. Environmental friendliness:

Nichiha uses waste from the woodworking industry to produce its panels, which reduces its carbon footprint. The durability of the materials reduces repair costs and preserves natural resources.

8. Sound insulation:

Nichiha facade panels effectively absorb sound from 40 to 72 dB in the frequency range from 100 to 5000 Hz. This provides reliable insulation against external noise, including urban traffic (60-85 dB), making the panels ideal for residential buildings.

9. NichiGuard self-cleaning technology:

Nichiha panels are equipped with the NichiGuard self-cleaning system, which prevents dirt from sticking due to the molecular film of water that forms on the surface of the panel. When it rains, the dirt is washed away, keeping the facade clean. The system also protects against fungi and mold, although it may require additional cleaning in case of heavy contamination.
